Relationship Executive is the one who is responsible for meeting architects, interior designers, referral partners, agents & affiliates consistently and building relations with them to generate referrals and to accordingly provide demo/meetings and designing viable optimum solutions to ensure addition of new clients regularly.
- 1. Meeting Referral Partners and build relations with them 2. Follow-up with the Referrals received from Referral Partners 3. Provide Demo and Design Solutions and Proposals 4. Develop Communication Skills to grow into Relationship Manager Tasks and Activities 1. Meeting Referral Partners and build relations with them – • Tele-Marketing to Referral Partners from sources like Google, Architect Magazines, Online Forums, LinkedIn, Touchwood Database, etc. • Visiting out-station markets every month to generate referrals from the referral partners. • Effective use of Call Scripts, Mail Templates and other collaterals to setup meetings with Referral partners for amazing presentation. • Maintaining, updating and timely submission of the tele-marketing sheet. 2. Follow-up with the Referrals received from Referral Partners – • Consistent follow-up with the prospective customer/affiliate and updating the Referral tracking Sheet. • Sales Performance tracker to be thoroughly updated on time with sharing of these reports to the management team. • Co-ordinating with Project Managers for any requirements on-site or off-site and inviting them for demo in experience center. 3. Provide Demo and Design Solutions and Proposals • Understanding the requirements of any target customer with written summary and grid book maintenance • Providing amazing demo and designing optimum solutions with the help of project managers to prepare the proposals. • Sharing of the proposals with perfect documentation and auxiliaries in the form of mail or 1-2-1 meetings by keeping referral partners in loop. 4. Develop Communication skills to grow into a Relationship Manager – • Learning domain knowledge and industry products regularly with consistent participation in seminars, events, sessions primarily aimed to increase knowledge. • Learning Sales Acceleration to develop communication skills for career growth.
- 1. 10 Phone calls to Referral Partners every day. 2. 30 Meetings every month. 3. Daily, weekly and monthly submission of all the sheets.
